Pro Swag offers apparel, accessories and personalization services through this Shopify store. These terms explain how to use the store and place an order. For questions, contact team@proswag.ca.

Products, prices and availability

Review the product description, size chart, personalization options, price and any minimum quantity before ordering. Some items are already in stock; others are prepared or ordered for your project. An item that can be ordered is not necessarily available for immediate pickup. Applicable taxes, discounts and the order total are shown at checkout or confirmed in the quote. A quote request is not a confirmed order.

Group orders and discounts

Minimum quantities and discount conditions vary by offer. Follow the conditions shown on the relevant product or quote and on the Team Discounts page. Only eligible products count toward a discount threshold and receive that discount; not all products are eligible. The stated minimum for team jackets applies to the same model and team, with mixed sizes allowed.

Personalization and approvals

Please provide accurate sizes, quantities, names, spelling, logos and placement instructions, and review any proof submitted for approval. Only submit files you are authorized to use. Decoration methods and placements depend on the garment and the agreed project. Ask us to confirm any option or additional charge that is not clearly stated before ordering. Screen colours and mockups may differ from the finished product.

Changes and timing

For a change or cancellation request, contact us as soon as possible. We will check the stage of the order and confirm what is possible and any applicable conditions before proceeding. Do not assume a change is accepted until we confirm it. Preparation times are estimates and depend on approvals, product availability and the project. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific date.

Pickup and returns

Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it, even if you have already received locker instructions or a code. Refer to our Pickup and Shipping Policy for the current arrangements and our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and the authorized locker return procedure. Shipping by post or courier is not currently offered at online checkout.

Privacy and store use

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Use the store lawfully and do not submit malicious files, interfere with the service or misuse other people’s information or intellectual property.

Your rights and updates

These terms do not exclude or limit applicable legal warranties, consumer rights or remedies. Contact us if information appears incorrect or if an order differs from what was agreed. Updates to these terms will be dated and published here; they do not retroactively change confirmed commitments.
