This policy explains how Pro Swag handles personal information when you visit our Shopify store, request a quote, place an order or contact us.

Information and purposes

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, organization, order and payment information, sizes, personalization details and files submitted for your project. We use it to respond to requests, prepare quotes, process payments and orders, arrange production and pickup, handle returns and provide customer service. Required fields identify the information needed to process a request; without it, we may be unable to provide the requested service. Please submit only the personal information needed for your project.

Shopify also collects technical and browsing information, including device, browser, IP address and store activity, through cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure and improve the store.

Service providers and Shopify

Information is processed by Shopify and the service providers involved in store operation, payment processing and order fulfilment, to the extent needed for their services. Information may also be disclosed with your consent or when required or permitted by law.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store. Shopify may combine information from interactions with our store and other Shopify services to improve products, personalization and advertising. Shopify is responsible for its own processing under the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Shopify privacy requests and choices are available through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Hosting, retention and security

The store’s Shopify customer data hosting location is the United States. Information may be processed outside Québec and Canada and subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We retain information as needed for the purposes described, legal and accounting requirements, and the handling of disputes. When no longer required, information must be deleted or anonymized as applicable. Access must be limited to people and providers who need it for their duties. No transmission or storage system guarantees absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may manage cookies through your browser and the privacy controls available on the store. Restricting cookies may affect certain features. A quote request does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using their unsubscribe link; messages needed for your order or request may still be sent.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or a copy of your personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us for requests concerning deletion or any other privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity. Withdrawing consent may affect services requiring that information; legal retention obligations may still apply.
