Local pickup
Orders are currently collected at Dépanneur Trudeau, 885, boulevard Saint-Clément, Mercier, Québec. Wait for confirmation from Pro Swag that your order is ready before coming to collect it. Follow the pickup instructions provided; if your order is placed in a locker, use the code sent to you.
Order preparation
Made-to-order items are usually ready in 1–3 weeks after the required approvals, depending on product availability and the project. This is an estimate, not confirmation that an order is ready. For a required date, a large order or an urgent request, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible. Items already in stock and items prepared on order may have different preparation times.
Shipping
Postal and courier shipping are not currently offered through the online checkout. For a different pickup or delivery arrangement, contact Pro Swag before ordering; any arrangement and applicable cost must be confirmed in advance.
