FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Is there a minimum order for custom apparel?

Yes. Our minimum is 12 units per project. This allows us to offer competitive pricing while guaranteeing quality production.

 

2. What's the typical turnaround time?

Usually 2 to 3 weeks between final design approval and delivery. For rush projects or large volumes, contact us directly to check our availability.

 

3. What customization methods do you offer?

We work with four professional techniques: DTF (Direct to Film) ideal for colorful and detailed designs, embroidery for a premium and durable look, screen printing for excellent value on large quantities, and sublimation for vibrant colors integrated into the fabric. We recommend the best method based on your project, budget, and apparel type.

 

4. Can I see a proof before production?

Absolutely. No order goes into production without your written approval of the final design. We send you a digital proof and adjust it with you until everything is perfect.

 

5. Can I provide my own logo?

Yes! We accept logo files in vector format (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) or high-resolution (.PNG transparent at 300 DPI). If you don't have a proper file, we can help recreate it.

 

6. Do you offer design services?

Yes. If you have an idea but no final design, our team can help create something that reflects your brand. Request a quote with your needs.

 

7. What types of products can I customize?

We customize a wide variety of apparel and accessories: crewnecks, t-shirts and hoodies, caps, beanies and headbands, training pants and joggers, jackets and windbreakers, bags, towels and accessories. Looking for something specific that's not listed? Ask us!

 

8. Who do you work with?

We create custom apparel for sports teams (junior, senior, recreational), businesses (corporate uniforms, promotional items), schools (gym, events, graduations), and events (tournaments, festivals, fundraisers).

 

9. How does delivery work?

For now, we mainly offer pickup at our Mercier, Québec location. For special orders or custom projects, we can also arrange local delivery in the region or a meet-up point depending on your location. Contact us and we'll find the best option for your project.

10. How do I place an order?

It's simple: fill out our "Request a Quote" form, we contact you with a custom proposal, once approved we start production, and you receive your products in 2-3 weeks.
